Synopsis

California personalized tags allow a maximum of seven letters/numbers, but all Mickey tags are at least eight.. It’s very brave to put Manuel Garcia-Rulfo in charge… and it seems a lot of people find it difficult to take him…
I should give it a 7
but his gentle approach does the job and he’s a great fit for LA. It seems like the whole character development was a gamble… I think it will pay off in the long run.
I finished the series in 3 sittings
but it gets a 9 to balance out the people who are just plain wrong. loved it.
