The acting was phenomenal
I expected some tension in the theater, but there was none, which was a relief. Overall, I did not take away any political emotions from the film. As for accuracy, I really can’t say, but what is actually accurate in the current American climate? Some of the cast and crew will likely take home awards, if not the film itself.
It was interesting to see his life
The story was decent, not too exciting but interesting because the main character was once a president and everyone has an opinion about him. Many of them were based on reality, though who knows. It didn’t seem far, but there were definitely some cool, crazy moments. It’s basically how Trump became Trump, which isn’t really interesting, but it reveals the magic.
look at such a private figure
Private in the sense that we never know if what it says is true. In fact, that’s one of his mantras according to the movie. The movie didn’t influence my political views, but I recommend watching it, if only to support the team that risked backlash against the movie.
